The Film Society of Lincoln Center bestowed America’s Bussom Buddy – Tom Hanks, here pictured with wife – Rita Wilson, with this years’ Chaplin Award during their 36th Gala dinner, held at Alice Tully Hall, last night.
Let’s call a spade a spade – Hanks is beloved by the masses. He has a stellar resume and has sold the good caring guy image – many times over.
Hell if I wouldn’t volunteer to jump into a foot deep puddle – face first – to allow him safe passage.
So its little surprise when someone or other wants to honor the man, the myth and living legend! And generally, the stars follow his ass – cuz, lets face it, he has worked with anybody who is anybody!
