Today marks the day of the most anticipated event in NYC! The Met’s Costume Institute Gala featuring this years’ theme: “Model as Muse.”
The talk on the street is that children will be trying to infiltrate the tents by any means necessary. In years past, kids have crawled under the tents, used diversions and bribed security – among other crafty nuances. But of course, this isn’t much news really as it is the case every year!
I am breathing a sigh of relief as I have acquired myself a spot on the grand staircase that is packed with the rest of the minions from all over the world. So of course I will be featuring all the glitz tomorrow morn!
Sadly enough, I have never even come close to procuring an invite to this event. So as much as I would like to pull out my YSL Johnny Boots out the closet, I will have to make like the sub-class and simply document its guest!
