The boys from “Billy Elliot,” the stage adaptation of the famed film, ran away with what would have otherwise been Constantine Maroulis’ award at the 2009 Tony Awards ceremony last night!
But who can begrudge this menage a trois! David Alvarez, Trent Kowalik and Kiril Kulish charmed the otherwise room full of jaded queens and bitter hags…
Hell if that alone doesn’t merit an honorable mention.
Well spoken, well dressed and full of toe-tap and award winning twirl!
