Russell Brand has taken the helm of the flashback brigade while shooting his latest off center comedy “Get Him to the Greek,” in NYC.
Apparently the retro 80′s ensemble (I do love me those shorts…) isn’t enough for the trans-Atlantic comic to stimulate the senses. Mr. Man took it all the way back to commuting with a vile of snow.
Now don’t get me wrong, I fondly recall the bright lights of some pure Colombian powder, but damn it if one should bring out the powder to keep up with the young-ens while shooting in Central Park. Outrageous!
I found myself conflicted between excitement over the return of an old friend and disbelief at this happening in the middle of the day. At least this is the story I am sticking to for keeping my ass from walking myself into the scene to ask for a line…
