Matthew Bomer films White Collar in NYC

On a perfect summer afternoon, the best we have had so far, I sauntered by the “White Collar” filmset during their Riverside Drive location shoots to try my luck at a few frames of its cast members.  Boy am I lucky I did.  No sooner did I position myself on a corner (no wise crack from the peanut gallery if you please) than did Matthew Bomer come strolling down.  Hair so perfect it woulda beat Hugh Grant’s coif like the bitch she is…

I don’t generally watch television.  That is a statement of fact.  And it is one I don’t mind disclosing…

But I know who Matt Bomer is - that man is one fine piece, I tell you - and I am very familiar with the USA Network, thank you very much.  It just so happens that when I do turn on my flat pannel this is one of the stations that I tune into as they also happen to air some re-runs of shows I will watch.  So there!

The premise of the show is a simple one really – take a white collar felon and make him work with the FBI.  Plausible enough I say.  On a personal front, I prefer to get it from blue collar wokers – but lets not quibble…

The show, which also stars the yummy Tim DeKay, is in its second season and doing very well.  Congrats to the talented cast.

There was disappointment, however slight…  Sharif Atkins was no where to be seen.  Just envision my sad little frown.
